职位要求：
1、In conjunction with others from shareholder’s headquarters and global Business Unit and other stakeholders, develop market strategies to enhance and accelerate business development and to secure tactical access to material and advantaged ‘Rack to Pump’ markets.
2、Communicate with, and coordinate external sources such as SCL ND department, legal & tax consultants, developers, government institutions as required to achieve the objectives.
3、Take responsible in the master planning, Market survey & research of the relevant submarkets including preparation of a comprehensive market report that includes regional demographic analysis, property market comparables (rents, prices), competition analysis, etc.

1、Responsible for the integrity and transparency of financial data. Ensure all financial reporting obligation are met, both internal (to headquarter and managerial report) and external (to tax bureau, local government, SAFE, bank);
2、Assist on the budgeting and planning process of the company, monitor the business and compare with the budget / forecast. Variance analysis and solution proposal, follow up the implementation;
3、Responsible for the improvement of standard costing. Assure correct cost allocation and budget control of different departments;
4、Treasury and Insurance issue. Prepare the cash flow forecast, by exchanging operating information with functional departments. Anticipate the preparation of insurances policy, to make sure all risks are covered under the dynamic business circumstance;
