JOB CONTENT:
-Uncover all operational, people, contractual, processes and technical issues and recommend solutions
-To originate and drive transformation initiatives
-To provide project management support for the execution of key projects
-To execute group business improvement and operational transformation initiatives
-Assess and recommend improvements in operational control and governance
-Prepare project update; ensure completion of project documents and review project timeline, milestone and deliverables for compliance with terms of reference.
-Hold regular status meetings with project team and consultants/vendors as well as communicate relevant project information to senior management.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL:
-Minimum University Degree in Science subjects or any related disciplines.
-Professional qualification in MBA/CFA.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, strategic planning, corporate finance and investor relations.
