KEY SERVICES:
· Manage line operators, run the line with good WPC and discipline
· Arrange the daily production according to the schedule
· Ensure the output, FTQ, labor Efficiency, etc
· Monitor the equipment and machinery always in good conditions
· Ensure operators are following the process and quality system
· Ensure operators are trained property and certified

QUALIFICATION:
1. Education Background
a. Bachelor degree of mechanical or electric engineering (related)

2. Skills and knowledge
a. Good skill of computer and office software
b. Good communication skill
c. Good English speaking and writing skill
d. Willing to overtime working and being on business


3. Working Experience
a. Min 5 years experience, preferred in MNC
b. Min 2 year experience as Manufacturing Supervisor, preferred in MNC
