· Securing all guidelines and company rules are followed
· Develop and implement quarterly sales plans – including which existing customers to visit and which new one to acquire.
· Handling of enquiries
· Customer care with regular customer visits
· Discussion of enquiries with technical team
· Development of standard offer texts together with Customer Service (approval GM)
· Development of pre-calculation with technique
· Development and maintenance of technical machine description for standard machines
· Coordination of non-standard offers
· Development of text for technical offers
· Maintaining high quality of in time customer service
· Writing telephone notes and travel reports
· Forward travel reports to Customer Service for distribution and documentation
· Creating and maintaining weekly sales reports together with Customer Service (forward to GM)
· Forwarding all appointments to Customer Service to enable calendar management
· Biweekly travel plan to GM
· Presentation of monthly results to GM
· Development and monitoring of customer and market analysis with Customer Service – quarterly presentation to GM
· Development of new product ideas together with technical team according to market needs
· Acquiring of new customers (min. 10% a year)
· Development of competitor analysis’s – incl. maintenance
· Cleaning of workspace and common areas
Assembly Support
· Assembling of assembly groups and machines
· Commissioning of machines (internal and external)
· Production and correction work on all parts
· Test arrangement and test execution
· Stockpiling of unused components – notification to Purchasing
Authorities
· Representation of the company within the area of operation
