SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITI
根据公司生产能力和年度财务计划，协调、编排和制定公司年度主生产计划；
Based on production capacity and annual finance plan, coordinate and arrange master production plan for the company.
l 通过分析中短期销售预测，编排和制定季度、月和周主生产计划，并合理控制成品库存量；
Analyze short and long term sales forecast, arrange quarterly, monthly and weekly production plan accordingly, and keep a healthy inventory.
l 推动并运行MRP系统，产生生产物料需求计划，对生产物料准时、合理采购提供依据；
Move forward the MRP system and generate production materials demand as the basis for proper purchasing of production materials.
l 检查监督生产车间日生产作业运行情况，沟通、协调、落实和调整日生产作业计划；
Check operation status in the plant. Coordinate with implementation or adjustment of daily production plan.
l 审核批准客户需求和订单，并将其纳入季度、月、周生产计划；
Review and approve customer requirement and orders, then roll out to quarterly, monthly and weekly plan.
l 分析准时交货率指标，并提出改进措施；
Analyze on time delivery rate and propose corrective actions.
l 分析生产和销售数据，适当调整生产计划和生产进度。
Analyze production and sales dates and adjust production plan and progress accordingly.
l 根据采购定单，负责审核进口货运代理，检查监督原材料、生产物料、产品及公司其它货物的进口运输、报关；
Based on purchasing orders, review freight agents . Monitor transportation and customs clearance for imported raw materials, production materials and other articles.
l 监督实施国内发货、运输及后续销售工作的整个过程；
Monitor delivery for domestic sales, transportation and sales service to follow.
l 检查、监督和分析公司进出口、国内运输承运商的表现，确保起保持服务水准；
Monitor and evaluate forwarders for domestic and import/export sales, to ensure they provide expected survive level.
l 接收、管理客户需求和订单，安排出口货物的装柜、报关等工作；
Manage customer orders and requirement. Arrange loading of cargo and customs clearance.
l 监督、实施、接收客户投诉及服务工作；
Handle customer complaints or other service.
l 与海关、进出口检验检疫局、外经贸委、码头和船公司保持良好关系，确保公司进出口的顺利进行。
Liaise with customs bureau, Import & Export Inspection Bureau, MOFET and port for a smooth import and export procedure.
l 负责下属员工的培训、发展，提高下属员工的技能和工作水平。
Coach and train direct reports to improve their performance skill and capability.
l 对自己及下属的安全行为/安全绩效负责，并对下属进行安全教育/安全培训。
l 协助本区域的环境因素的识别及沟通。
Assist to identify the environment factor in plant.
l 协助本部门的环境目标及指标的达成。
Assist to constitute circumstance goal and guideline.

Position accountabilities
l 对年度、季度、周主生产计划安排不当，造成失误负责；
Accountable for misplay of performance due to inaccurate annual, quarterly and weekly master production plan.
l 对未能提供准时、准确的生产物料需求计划，造成失误负责；
Accountable for misplay of performance due to failure in providing timely and accurate production materials demanding.
l 对未能准时交货，未能满足客户需求负责；
Accountable for not meeting customer requirement due to failure of on time delivery.
l 对成品库存控制不当负责。
Accountable for improper inventory control for finished goods.
l 对进口货物运输、报关错误或延误负责；
Accountable for error or delay of cargo transportation and customs clearance.
l 对国内运输延误、销售错误负责；
Accountable for delay of domestic sales and error of sales.
l 对出口安排、报关错误或延误、销售错误负责；
Accountable for error and delay in export arrangement, customs clearance and sales.
l 对客户投诉处理不当负责。
Accountable for inappropriate handling of customer complaint.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS：

l 五年以上化工、快消行业相关工作经验，两年相关管理经验，具有外资企业经验。
l 精通SAP系统
