工作职责：

· Support the company (production system) introduction and implementation in the plant.
协助推进工厂(生产管理系统)在工厂的导入和运行。
· Assist and support the CIP projects implementation in the workshop, and coach in identifying the effective CIP projects in the workshop.
协助并支持车间的CIP项目推进，并指导车间识别有效的CIP项目。
· Audit and supervise lean production implementation status in all departments, and provide professional proposals and concepts for improvement actions.
审核和监督各部门精益生产的实施情况，并就改善措施给出专业建议和方案。
· Provide necessary theoretical training of lean production based on the requirement of all departments (Such as 5S，SMED，TPM，Pull system, etc.).
根据各部门的实际需求提供精益生产相关培训（如5S，SMED，TPM，Pull System, etc）。
· Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

职位要求：
· Bachelor Degree or above, industrial engineering or machinery design and manufacturing related major.
本科或以上学历，工业工程, 机械设计制造相关专业。
· At least 3 years work experience in lean production project design, coordination, implementation, and training working experience in machinery manufacturing industry is a plus.
至少3年精益生产项目设计、协调和实施经验，有机械加工制造行业经验者优先。
· Rich experience in lean production implementation, such as 5S, SMED, TPM, Pull System, etc.
有丰富的精益生产实践经验，如5S，SMED，TPM，Pull system等。
· Able to organize, lead, and manage the improvement projects independently.
能独立组织，领导和管理改善项目。
· Systematical working style, good communication and coordination skill.
系统的工作思路及良好的沟通技巧和协调能力。
· Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD etc.).
能熟练运用用各种电脑应用软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD 等）。
· Outstanding English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
优秀的英语听说读写能力。
