Job requirements:
•Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering degree or equivalent.
•At least 3~5 years practical working experience in automobile area. Be involved to setup, certificate and maintain ISO9000/TS16949 system.
•Strong knowledge on quality tools, APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA/Control Plan/8D
•Strong problem analysis and solving skills
•Good at dealing with customers
•Strong at influencing others and good at communication
•Strong enthusiasm to get things done
•Good English level both at writing and oral.
•Good interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative, careful, considerate, and diligent.
•Proactive, good team spirit and communicative skills to carry out cross-department project.
•Skills in efficient project management.

Responsibilities:
•List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position. Where appropriate, include quantifiable data.
•Take lead of TS 16949 set up and certification.
•Coordinate internal and external system & process & product audits.
•Coordinate and monitor product/process change, quality alert for production.
•Implement, promote and assess effectiveness of plant-wide QMS including training for ongoing improvements.
•To train and promote employees quality requirement, awareness.
•Maintain the quality system and reporting.
•Conduct quality review on an on-going basis.
•Oversees the formulation of quality systems documentation including procedures and work instructions.
•Comply with and ensure supplier compliance with ISO/TS16949 AS Appropriate
