Essential requirements:
-Bachelor Degree – Mechanical Engineering background
- 6~8 yrs. Working experience in high automation manufacturing plant and at least 3 yrs. Supervisor management experiences in automotive industry.
- Be familiar with production management such as safety, quality, Lean, Six Sigma, 5s, training, operators motivation, cost control, material management.
-Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 system
-Good at problem Analysis and solving skills, have Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Good English and IT skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to apply and respect the technical documentation, procedures and specifications to have product made, in accordance with QA system
• Support Manager to manage machining production to maximize efficiency, productivity, respecting delivery times
• Train, direct, and motivate personnel to produce the highest quality parts and products; Minimize manufacturing cost and inner failure / scrap rate
• Make sure the production equipment and tooling are used properly, and regularly maintained
• Detect non conformities and set up corrective actions
• Act as a team player, within his team and other services(ME, Maintenance, PC&L, Quality…)
• Good communication skills, verbal and in writing. Communicate with his peers, subordinates and hierarchy
• Make safety and environment the most important criteria in the working area and for the individual
• Knows all the used manufacturing processes
• Supervising and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinates skills and specifications
