岗位职责（包含但不限于）：

1、Ensure all equipment are on time delivered and installed 确定设备及时到达及安装。

2、Equipment release for production (capability, capacity, safety release) 设备生产（设备的生产力 安全等）

3、Ensure all components are available for trials, pre-production and SOP确定所有的零件都可以做试验，试生产已经SOP

4、People hire and training plan for operators, quality auditors, technicians 操作工面试和为以下人员制定培训计划 ：质量监督 技术员

5、Co-ordinate the on-site launch team 协调现场launch team

6、Co-ordinate the outside/international support team 协调和支持外部及全球团队

7、Preparing for the customer audits 准备客户审计

8、Preparing and performing internal and customer准备和应用内部客户

9、ZDL planning and ZDL score card reporting ZDL计划和ZDL分数报告

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历；

2、5年以上汽车零配件企业工程及前期项目管理经验；

3、英语水平良好，可以作为工作语言使用。
