职位描述

Responsibility:

Independently in charge of Recruitment, Training, C&B, Employee Relationship;
Lead training and company culture buildup.
Develop and execute processes/procedures/policies in placing operators in the right positions;
Support other managers to hire good candidates to fill current requirements and build up resource for future business growing;
Develop, maintain and improve C&B and admin process to meet biz needs;
Support on personnel cost budget proposal, monitoring, controlling and analyzing;
Build up performance measure system to motive the employees and support working flow execution;
Responsible for meeting revenue per operator targets
Responsible for operators discipline, attendance and productivity
Work together with General Manager to optimize current organization structure;

Requirements:

Bachelor education or above;
Tough and assertive personality is highly desirable;
10+ year’s hands-on experience in HR or operations supervisory/managerial positions in sizeable manufacturing plants, state-owned or JVs;
Hands-on experiences in security management;
Hands-on Experience in handling difficult direct labor situation;
Some legal studies background preferred;
Good understanding Chinese lab law and good cooperation with lawyer to support organization change effort;
Successful experience to support organization change is preferable;
Knowledge/certificate in Kaizen, 6 Sigma would be an advantage;
Be proficient in English;
