Responsibilities

1.Strive for Quality performance excellence at DSDPSC through top line growth, lean manufacturing and efficient supply chains.
2.Implement Diesel product quality initiatives and support health & safety, cost, lean & inventory.
3.Integrate Team Quality expertise and coordinate cross-functional.
4.Accomplish regular FTPR analysis and communicate with Global FTPR team or Phase3 PE team
5.Lead cross function team to solve the test line TOP issues. Accomplish tasks assigned by management.
6.Maintain the reference/target/correlation injectors at GOOD status.
7.Manage the silver injector validation and ensure the good correlation between silver rig and the other test rigs.
8.Join the MQ1/MQ2 with other functions for test line/rigs.
9.Support the customer return parts analysis.

Requirement:

1.least bachelor degree of Automatic or mechanic engine major
2.At least 3 years QE work experience in automobile or automobile supplier company; Good at failure part analysis.
3.Good command of verbal and written English
4.Experienced in quality problem solving;
5.Familiar with TS16949 requirement and PPAP process
6.Organized and disciplined, dedicated to work
