Essential requirements:
·Bachelor Degree – Engineering background specialized in Machine Construction Technology;
·Technical knowledge: reading and interpretation of technical drawings, machine parts, tolerances, dimensional control;
·3+ yrs. working experiences in Automotive Industry,
·Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 system;
·Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D, DOE, good at problem solving skills, like 6 Sigma,
·Able to read, write and communicate in English.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
·Strive for Quality performance excellence at DDS Yantai through top line growth, lean manufacturing and efficient supply chains.
·Implement Diesel product quality initiatives and support health & safety, cost, lean & inventory.
·Integrate Team Quality expertise and coordinate cross-functional.
·Support to accomplish daily, weekly, monthly FTQ analysis and lead cross function team to solve the issues. Accomplish tasks assigned by management.
·Nonconforming product control in shop floor.
·Machine capability and process capability monitoring and improvement.
·Maintain the control plans with cross function and ensure the control plans are respected.
·Lead the starting audit and involved in side line process audit.
·Support customer quality function to analyse and solve customer issue, ensure the CR are closed in a timely fashion.
