1、维护工厂环境/安全/健康；
Responsible for a good HSE operation of plant;

2、生产管理，包括但不限于：
Production Management:
1)保证生产的稳定性和效率，达到既定的各项KPI指标；
Provide leadership and direction to be fully responsibility in ASU running &GAS/LIQUID supply in reliable and efficient manner，so to achieve the established KPI index;
2)制定生产计划，汇总生产日报和月报；
Prepare ASU production plan, ASU production daily reports and ASU production monthly report;
3)及时更新技术文件；
Technical documentation and update in time;
4)与维修团队合作保证生产设备的良好状态；
Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure the good production status;
5)生产工艺的改进和优化；
Process mode change/optimization;

3、生产团队的管理：
People Management:
1)建立高效率的生产运行团队；
Establish efficient production operation team;
2)建立并制定各项生产管理制度；
Compile various production management system;
3)运行团队技术培训；
Technical training for the operation team.
4)制定相应的应急计划以及应急处理措施，并确保各项措施计划的贯彻执行；
Develop relevant contingency planning and emergency measures, and make sure the implement of these plans and measures;
5)组织编写开停车方案以及预案。
Organize the program and plan of start-up and shut-down.

任职资格Qualifications：

1、化工类专业， 国家统招本科以上学历；
University bachelor degree above, major in chemical engineering;
2、至少5年生产管理经验,有空分运行经验者优先考虑；
At least 5 years’ production management experience, background in ASU process is preferable;
3、良好的英文读、写能力。
Fluent Engilish in both oral and written.
