1. Assist project manager to do the tendering for the project.
2. Monitor and review the construction drawings regarding the mechanical section.
3. Conduct prequalification for mechanical equipment installation subcontractor.
4. Coordinate with EPC contractor to do prequalification for mechanical equipment suppliers.
5. Monitor and supervise the construction site mechanical equipment installation work.
6. Monitor and tracking the mechanical equipment factory fabrication through site checking/testing
and periodic meeting/teleconference to ensure the equipment on spec and will be delivered to
construction site on schedule.
7. Conduct FAT for mechanical equipment if necessary.
8. Coordinate the mechanical equipment installation on site.
9. Ensure that the site work goes safely with the support from safety personnel.
10. Lead the mechanical equipment commissioning.
11. Coordinate with mechanical equipment suppliers and installation contractors to provide training to operation and maintenance team.
12. Smoothly handover the equipment and document to operation team.
Qualification：
Education: Bachelor degree on mechanic.
Language Skill: Fluent in both mandarin and English.
Working experience:
1. 6 years above petrochemical construction site and/or 2years plant maintenance experience on
mechanical aspect.
2. Familiar with tanks fabrication, filling line，flow process，air compressor, boiler and fire fighting
system.
3. Lubricant plant design, construction and/or maintenance experience will be preferred.
4. Design, construction and/or maintenance experience will be preferred.
