1. Cooperate to direct, establish, maintain and plan the overall policies and goal for technical department, cooperate with headquarter and other local departments (quality, production, logistic, purchasing, after sales service) and give the technical support in order to obtain the best results for the performance of the products (functions performance, quality, and cost) specially for the qualification of the components and suppliers and the solving of the technical problems.

指导、建立、维护和计划技术部的政策和目标；

与其他部门合作（质量、生产、物流、采购、售后服务）；

为达到产品性能最优化(功能性能、质量和成本)提供技术支持，特别是零部件和供应商的质量认证，解决技术问题。

2. Manage and localize technical documentation (Drawings, specifications, Bill of material) that will be used by the other departments and by the suppliers.

管理其它部门和供应商使用的技术文件（图纸、规格标准、材料清单），并使之本地化。

3. Maintain the working relations with the Savio Italy R&D Head Quarter, Cooperate in managing R&D engineering team and provide the technology training to the relative employee, establish a strong and sustainable transfer relationship on both sides.

与意大利总部研发部门保持良好的联系；

配合管理研发工程师团队，为相关人员提供技术培训，在总部和公司之间建立良好的可持续的工作关系。

4. Any other duties may be directed.

Experience: no less than 10 years’ experience in international machinery companies.

工作经验：10年以上外企机械类公司

Education: Master level with major in mechanical or machinery disciplines

教育背景：机械或机械相关类专业硕士以上学历

Language: Fluent in English

语言：英语流利

Other Requirement: Out of box thinking, capability of seeing big picture and details, strong communication skill, willingness of making changes, innovations and improvements.
