岗位职责：
1.R&D – Lead improvements in process quality, features and efficiency through the management of Engineering and Process Technical staff. Liaise with Sales, Sales Service and Customer Quality on product performance and PGW Engineering on process improvement and development.
2.Information Technology – Responsibility for ensuring the Process Automation systems.
3.Environment, Health and Safety – Contribute to a safe, healthy and environmentally sound workplace which promotes the continued well-being of employees, equipment, facility and community.
4.Financial Control – Develop, implement and control spending for both Capital and R&D Expense budgets to ensure expected plant efficiencies and financial returns. Act as the local resource for providing new product quotes.
5.Human Resources – Provide supervision to the Engineering department to ensure high quality personnel performance and development.
6.Strategy – Participate with the local leadership in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure long-term viability of the local and regional corporate entities.
7.Quality – Identify and eliminate problems before and as they occur using the corporate values of Lean, Six Sigma, Fairness, Customer Concern and Rapid Response.
