1. 在分管总经理的领导下负责集装箱公司的生产组织管理和日常管理工作。

2. 贯彻公司的生产方针和工作指示，及时汇报生产情况；
To implement the production guidelines and work instructions, reporting the production in time.
3. 制定、完善和落实生产管理制度及部门的工作计划，审核昼夜作业计划。
To formulate, perfect and implement production management system and departmental work plan, audit day and night work plan.
4. 对生产作业进行重点性指导和控制，督促部门人员严格遵守安全操作规程和生产质量标准，防止安全质量事故的发生。
To focus on guidance and control of production operation, supervise department staff strictly abide by rules of safe operation and production quality standards, to prevent safety and quality accidents
5. 定期召开部门生产分析会、总结生产经验，查找生产中的不足，解决工作中的难题，不断改进部门工作，提高工作质量和生产效率。
To hold the department production analysis regularly, summing up experience, finding shortage, solving the difficult problem, continuously improve the department work, improve work quality and production efficiency.
6. 负责部门的年度生产预算的制定和控制工作。
Responsible for the formulation and control of department's annual budget.
9.带领部门员工完成公司下达的各项生产、工作任务。
To lead to complete the production and work task issued by the company.

本科及以上学历，管理类相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, management or related major
3年以上管理工作经验
3 years working experience
熟悉安全生产作业、机械设备相关专业知识
通晓企业管理知识，具备安全生产和运作管理、质量管理、设备管理等方面的知识，具备相关管理能力
熟悉国家及地方相关的安全政策、法规
