职位描述

· Develop and manage partnership with accounts in long run and achieve aggressive annual growth goal on territory clients.
· Presentation for product in a manner of profession and align with our high-end branding.
· Deep understand product characteristic, provide effective and consulting service to satisfy accounts requirement.
· Observe business chance closely by frequent visit and close communication.
· Maintain suitable profit in business case by customized solution with proven value add.
· Take on quotation, trouble shooting, PO tracking, logistics follow up, account receivables.
· As a window, coordinate with and drive different functions to fulfill clients/end-user/market’s demand in right direction.
· Market research, analysis, providing customer/competitor/industry intelligence, shape counter attack, monitor all forces move in right direction.
· Support in forming effective strategies
· Good relationship with local government, authorities, association or other influencers.
· Support on marketing activities and relevant team player if necessary.
· Take on other relevant duties


Primary requirement for candidate
Age around 40 years old;
· Worked in WeiChai for 3-5 years as sales, familiar with product development/purchasing process;
· English- Average level
· Engineering degree(Engine major preferred)
work location: Yantai is OK
