Major Accountabilities:
Communicate with PE and sales to clarify all requirements from customer.
Formulate whole requirement package for internal quotation preparation
Coordinate each ME function to achieve sales target
Work out competitive price with all quotation team
Drive down MFG estimation cost to achieve finance target
Regular review estimation BOM with all related functional ME
Regular update quotation database accordingly latest practice
Work closely with sales and finance to make sure every quotation project is competitive and achievable
Global communication to better understanding technique gap on estimation project.
Overall monitor estimation data base collection and update progress

Major Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical.
Above 5 years work experience of manufacturing engineering or relate machine design, 2 years as supervisor management or projects management. Automotive industry is plus.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external.
Good analytical skills to insure timely collection and analysis of Quality data
Good presentation skills
Good drive skills
Ability to establish and maintain a budget
Good computer skills in CAD, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
