Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 Train, direct, and motivate personnel to produce the highest quality parts and products; Minimize manufacturing cost and inner failure / scrap rate
 Make sure the production equipment and tooling are used properly, track and control the consumable parts in right level. Lead the TCM activities in plant.
 Detect non conformities and set up corrective actions, conduct continuous improvement.
 Good communication skills, verbal and in writing. Communicate with his peers, subordinates and hierarchy
 Make safety and environment the most important criteria in the working area and for the individual
 Supervising and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinates skills and specifications, develop and motivate team properly.

Essential requirements:
 Bachelor Degree with technical Engineering background is better.
 10~15 yrs. Working experience in high automation manufacturing plant and at least 5 yrs. Management experiences in automotive industry.
 Be familiar with production management such as safety, quality, Lean, Six Sigma, training& Coaching, motivation, Continue Improvement...
 Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 system
 Good at problem Analysis and solving skills. Familiar with quality tools like APQP,MSD,FMEA,8D…
 Good English level, must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
