Areas of responsibility :

     Responsible for customer complaints, include manufacture and trading products. Drive customer satisfaction related activity to reduce the customer quality complaints.
 Responsible for supplier quality handling and improvement
 Responsible for improvement of first time pass rate, According to ISO9001 system requirement, Drive the quality improvement activity, improve the product first time pass rate.
 Support new product development
 Responsible for the ISO9001 system maintenance and upgrading, responsible for the customer audit and certificate application.
 Responsible for the EHS program deployment, and EHS performance improvement
 Drive continuous improvement for quality related issues / processes; by evaluating and developing improved techniques for the control of the quality and reliability of the products.
 Drive continuous improvement for customer satisfaction; by improve internal management procedure and manage quality related issues with customers
 Fully developing & implementing a Supplier Quality control system and organization. Manage quality related issues with suppliers (in line with the corresponding internal Departments)；
 Implement Performance Evaluation and Development Plan Review for the team members.
 Develop career development plan for all the team members.
 Obtain relevant information on Industry standard/product standard/regulation. Analyze the new requirement and ensure it has been updated and implemented.

Required skills and qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or science.
 At least 5 years working background as a quality manager or quality director, the experience in cable manufacturing industry is preferred..
 Must be experienced in managing people, including shop floor level inspectors as well as professional quality engineers;
 Must have a demonstrated career history of assuming increased job responsibilities and a record of successes against measured targets
 The experience of setting up the quality system from scratch is preferred.
 The experience in EHS field is preferred, not a must
 Highly level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;
Specific knowledge
 Be very familiar with the ISO9001 systems or Automotive 16949.
 Grasp various quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Gage R & R, Error proofing, 8D report, problem solving process.
 Six sigma green belt or six sigma black belt.
 Good oral and written communication skills in English
 Good computer skills & presentation skills.
Technical Business understanding
 The experience in cable manufacturing is preferred.
