职位描述
此职位为维修经理储备人才。
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1、Reliability management and optimization of mechanical equipment of all plant for improvement and keep plant reliability, supported by platform reliability team2、Reliability, mechanical and relative management procedure establishment for standard management requirement, fit Eaton site process requirements
3、Mechanical technical support to maintenance teams, fit requirements of Eaton all sites reliability
4、Leading and inspecting mechanical spare parts management, supplement and optimization, fit reliability requirement
5、Guide and optimize MMS management under VG China requirements
6、Guide and optimize MMS equipment Lubrication management under VG China requirements
7、Responsible for all sites key equipments including production lines and facilities mechanical management, reliability improvement, trouble-shooting and malfunction removal
8、Analyze the maintenance data, consider the maintenance report and make the feasible action plan.I
9、 Mechanical inspection for all site equipments, hidden trouble record
10、 Annual PM plan and budget preparation
11、Maintenance and repairing scheme design, risk assessment, preparation, contractor working scheme auditing , safety inspection and management etc, fit the requirements of quality, schedule, safety and environment
12、 Reliability review action plan framer and implementation constitutor for plant operation reliability, ensure all action or rectification plan can be implemented
13、Support to relative audit, ensure audit plan can be implemented smoothly
14、Training all maintenance team members to improve their technology level for rapid response of troubleshooting
Education and Experience
1. Minimum 10 years experience (at least five years in an operation environment) with specific expertise in general mechanical systems, such as rotating equipment, pumps, and compressors and associated auxiliary
equipment, refrigeration systems, piping systems, heat exchangers.
2. Plant maintenance and repairing experience over 5 years

教育和经验
1。至少10年经验(至少5年的操作环境)与特定的专业知识
通用机械系统,如旋转设备,泵,压缩机和相关的辅助
设备、制冷系统、管道系统、热交换器。
2。工厂维护和修理经验5年以上
3。大学机械工程学位,专业资格和许可者优先。
