职位描述
- Develop and implement all human resource policies and programs;
- Design, develop and administer all compensation and benefit programs including wage administration and review, employee benefits administration as well as performance management;
- Design, develop and administer employee training and career development and employee services, etc;
Responsible for labor relations, recruitment, selection and contraction of personnel, and communication with labor unions and related authorities;
- Manage and train HR staff.
Profile requirements: - Nationality: Chinese
- Education level: Bachelor or above in related majors
- Related work experiences: More than 10 years related experience in HR, JV enterprise is preferable; good at in cost controlling, training and team-build up;
- Related industry involved: Middle-sized manufacture experience is preferable
- Related software & technologies controlled: Microsoft Office
- Management experience: More than 5 years;
- Personality: Strong, credible, authoritative
- Language: Fluent English
