RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Focus on extrusion and thermoforming production to meet key performance indicators (KPI) targets.
2. Provides plastics engineering input and technical support for plastics sheet extrusion and thermoforming related activities.
3. Manages day to day manufacturing of extrusion and thermoforming, ensures that products meets or exceed quality, yield and efficiency standards.
4. Generates and execute continuous improvement projects for quality & process & cost improvement.
5. Coordinate implementation of new processes in manufacturing.
6. Reviews process parameters and equipment parameters and performance for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, personnel safety, customer contract requirements and related specifications.
7. Drivering process technical innovation in extrusion and thermoforming.
8. Implementing training to process team, insure team skills are keep improving.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree in Engineering, material science or related field with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in plastics sheet extrusion and thermoforming. Familiar with multilayer sheet extrusion and container thermoforming.
2. Good at data analysis. Basic knowledge of Lean and 6 sigma.
3. Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese both oral and written.
