岗位职责：
• Responsible for receiving BiW and paint parts both in physic parts and ChiMas
• 负责实物和系统接车间零部件；
• Feed parts to BiW and paint shop line by Kanban,Kitting,call-for and JIS
• 配送零件到车间，按照看板，成套配送，呼叫系统和排序件程序；
• Recycling empty packaging from lineside back to storage area and manage it
• 循环空料架从生产线边回其仓储区并管理其区域；
• Manage forklifts and receiving dock following safety rules
• 按照安全规则管理好叉车运行和上下货平台；
• Executive 5S and other storage management policy
• 执行5S管理和其他仓储管理政策。
 

职责要求：

Above 5working experience in managing materials flow in auto assembly plant.
• 5年以上汽车四大工艺车间厂内物料流动经验；
• Must have managed forklift for over 3 years
• 必须有4年以上叉车管理经验；
• Had better work in ERP for 3 years
• 最好有ERP系统3年的工作经验；
• Good understanding Kanban,kitting,JIS and Call-for pull modes
• 有很好的了解看板配送，成套零件配送，排序件配送和呼叫配送等物料流动模式；
• Have managed a team
• 曾经管理个团队；
• Good computer skills
• 好的计算机技巧。
