Job Description：
1、System and Internal Control: Establish and optimize systems and procedures regarding financial reporting and business controlling; ensure high standards of financial control are maintained throughout.
2、Investment and Company Investment Programs Review: Be responsible for the review of company investment. Review the financial analysis on the feasibility of new programs.
3、Cost Reduction: Drive cost reduction efforts in line with company investment department; identifies and verifies potential saving opportunities.
4、Continuous Improvement: Making recommendations to encourage the continuous improvement of financial performance.

Profile requirement:
1、Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Finance or related fields preferred;
2、8+ years financial management and controlling experience, Middle-sized manufacturing company a must, and foreign-owned or JV experience a must.
3、Multi-site management exprience;
4、Excellent communication skills;
5、Operation KPI monitoring and controlling;
6、Good knowledge of ERP System, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
