工作职责：

Export - Sourcing 出口采购方面
1, Actively search and identify potential new suppliers for XX
为公司采购部积极开发和拓展新供应渠道和供应商
2, Make suggestions / proposal on best sourcing strategy for each product to deliver best prices / Quality / Safety of supply
为建立最佳的采购策略献计献策，确保以最好的价格采购最高品质的安全产品并供应至英国总部
3, Make suggestions / proposal on the choice of potential contract suppliers to deliver sourcing strategy
为潜在合同供应商的挑选及采购策略的贯彻实施提供有效的建议和意见
4, Contracted suppliers: Negociate best contract terms from selected suppliers including prices, payment terms and shipping schedule
对于长期合作的合同供应商：负责进行有效的商务洽谈以获得最佳的合同供应条款包括价格、付款方式及发运船期安排等

Export - Management 出口管理运营方面
1, Once contract is confirmed, take full responsibity and manage suppliers to deliver following contract terms
合同确认后，将全责承担对于供应商的管理运营，以使其能完全按合同约定的条款执行，并完成产品的供应
2, Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines andXX and make recommendations on best shipping solutions
负责协调供应商、船公司及XX公司这三方，以获取最佳的产品发运方案
3, Exchange and coordinate with XX about shipping schedule and changes
负责对公司有关产品发运的计划及变更进行有效的应对和协调，并按要求落实完成发运

Export - Support documents 出口文件支持方面
1, Contract: Implement "robust" contract format to protect XX from supplier speculation and reducing risk of shortage
合同起草： 对合同版式及条款的选用要做到强力有效，以保护好公司利益，并避免供应商对合同条款投机鉆空以减少其弱项导致的风险
2, Export Supplier Database, shipping documents and Financial Documents: Support Export Administrative Assistant when needed
出口供应商数据库、装船单证、和财务文件： 对于这些文件，应及时提供给出口行政人员并随时保持对其工作的支持
Export - Communication Export Team 出口团队的沟通方面
1. Be a point of contact for XX UK for operational queries related to Prices / Logistic / Commercial management
作为英国采购团队的联系点之一，负责对他们有关价格、物流和商务操作方面的问题进行有效解答和及时沟通

职责要求：

1、University degree with major in Food related. 食品相关专业大学毕业
2、Professional knowledge fitting the position. 具备该工作岗位应有的专业知识
3、Understand growing of fresh produce in China 了解中国的蔬菜水果等农产品行业
4、Understand new knowledge of the food industry 了解中国出口食品行业的发展情况
5、Over 5 years related working experience which 2 years in managerial position. 5年以上相关工作经验，并有2年以上管理工作岗位经验
6、Experience to develop and improve Agricultual and Manufacturing practices and technical standards 对于发展和改善农业运作、食品工业运作及质量管理技术体系的建立方面有一定的经验
Experience with an international company and exposure to international (UK preferably) Quality standards 具备在国际性公司工作的经验，并对国际质量标准（英国标准更优）体系的运作有一定的经验
7、Good command of English, good PC skills 良好的英语听说能力，及良好的电脑操作能力
Good communication and interpersonal skills, planning and analytial thinking 良好的人际关系及沟通能力，良好的计划和分析能力
