工作职责： 

任职者需维护硬件和软件基础建设，以保证中国业务达到其安全、质量、生产和成本目标。该岗位负责工艺和业务系统的技术维护和培训以及合资公司关联企业的日常网络管理。

5、Problem Solving – Use Quality System tools to be effective and efficient in solving IT system problems and they arise. Work to find root causes of problems and devise effective corrective actions to eliminate recurrences and promote continuous uptime for IT resources. 解决问题—运用质量系统工具有效、高效的解决要产生的信息技术系统问题。
6、Strategy – Participate with the local leadership in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure long-term viability of the local and regional business systems. Be aware of corporate IT strategy and work with the local facility to keep IT and Engineering systems in compliance with corporate IT initiatives.战略—与当地管理人员共同策划和实施战略目标，从而确保当地和区域业务系统的长期发展。

任职资格：
1、信息技术相关专业本科或以上学历；

2、七年或以上生产工厂工作经验，具备在大型国际公司或者大型汽车生产公司的工作经验者优先；

3、为胜任该岗位，在职者必须具备生产自动系统的相关知识，例如：Allen Bradley Control Logix系统（生产自动化软件）或Siemans PLC 系统（编程控制系统）、Rockwell Factory Talk资产中心、Factory Talk View、Factory Talk Historian，同时需具备Windows Server 2008相关知识以及在服务器上运行威睿虚拟软件的相关知识。而且需具备使用RSLogix 5000 a plus的能力。对业务和通讯系统的支持，要求在职人员需具备W7,、MS Office 2010、外网和局域网的管理、安全标准和协议的相关知识以及通讯系统相关知识。有相关证书或专业地位者优先，例如MCSA或MCSE, CCNA（Control Logix 维护证书也是需要的）。
