工作职责：

 • Primary contact for the Plant, no matter issue as long IT related
• Deliver application maintenance, operation and second/third line support to users of IT applications
• Drive optimization and consolidation of the application portfolio
• Provide application and business competence to DPS - Development & Professional Services - in development of new IT services/applications and to Business Engagement in support to pre studies
• Offer lean and flexible service capacity to business demands
• Secure that maintainable solutions are delivered to plant IT systems, from major IT projects/programs
• Evaluate suppliers performance through implemented metrics required by relationship management
• Monitor the delivery and operation of application and/or technology portfolio(s) including cost, status, resources, workload, lifecycle and change control (if applicable)
• Maintain application software cycle plans
• Utilize IT Methods, Processes and Tools and develop, implement and manage IT Methods, Processes and Tools.

• Benchmark, review industry trends, and perform technology-watch to proactively explore solutions to support and improve operations

职责要求：

• 8 years of experience with information systems in automotive manufacturing environment (Infrastructure/ERP/MES/OA/surrounding systems etc.)
• Management experience from leading application development teams, maintenance organization, or large projects
• Solid understanding of IT as an integrated part of the VCC business
