工作职责：

 1. 标书编写、与供应商技术交流、图纸审核、设备品牌的选择；
Preparing RFQ; communicate with contractor about technique\ drawing checking \ equipment brand selecting
2. 负责分包商考察、评估；设备安装监督及设备调试及质量改进
Responsible for investigation, evaluation of subcontractor onsite; supervise the equipment installation and commissioning to improve the product quality
3. 编制机器人的使用操作规程和设备点检卡，指导设备的规范操作；
Prepare robot operation manual and inspection procedures as operating guidance.
4. 提供机器人日常维护、计划维护技术指导并进行效果评估和优化
Supply equipments daily maintenance, planned maintaining instruction and effect evaluation then optimize.
5. 配合生产线的工作，提高设备的运转率
Cooperate with production line and improve the running rate of equipments.
6. 主导新颜色的导入及机器人调试计划，通过与机器人供应商合作，确保涂装车间自动喷涂系统的改造及产能提升工作；
Lead new colour import and robot debugging plan. Coordinate robot supplier to meet quality and capacity improvement for painting auto spray system.
7. 负责到现场对问题进行分析，推动问题处理进度
Responsible for analyzing and pushing for problems solving on site.

任职资格：
1. 机器人的机械原理、电机原理、机械设计基础；
Basic knowledge of robot mechanical principle, generator, PLC principleand mechanical design.
2. 熟悉涂装车间的工艺总图、电气及机械设备总图
Know well about the technical lay-out drawings and electrical\mechanical equipments drawings.
3. 熟悉涂装车间的原理图， 具备较强设备故障分析和解决能力
Knowledge of principle drawings of painting workshop. Strong capability of failure analysis and trouble shooting on site.
4. 能熟练运用办公应用软件，具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
Skilled application of OFFICE software. Good ability in Englishlistening\speaking\reading\writing.
