工作职责：

• Develop, manage and coordinate launch resources and budgets.
• 制定、管理并协调项目启动资源和预算
• Plan and deliver workforce readiness including recruitment and training.
• 组织和交付人力资源的准备就绪，包括员工招募和培训
• Ensure plant support functions are in place to deliver the programme deliverables and timing.

• Provide the leadership and team participation in all areas related to launch quality.

• Ensure all quality planning activities are completed robustly and on time.

• Ensure rigid adherence to the Plant Quality Operating System.

• Manage launch timelines and develop rate of climb plans.
• 策划项目启动重大节点并制定产量爬坡计划
• Provide technical assistance to bring equipment on line within cost and timing guidelines.

• Define and implement factory information systems.
• 定义和实施工厂信息系统

• Ensure successful completion of Plant prototype build and effective concern/corrective initiation to rectify issues.
• 负责确保工厂首次造机活动的顺利完成，并对发现的问题制定有效纠正措施
• Lead the Make Like Production activities in the Plant.
• 负责工厂的试生产活动
• Oversee successful implementation of IPS and lean principles.
• 负责IPS和精益制造理念的顺利实施
• Deploy a standard cadence across all Production lines to the Productivity, Maintenance and Safety Operating Systems.
• 负责制定标准的流程以确保所有生产线按照高生产率、可维护性和安全运行体系运行
• Lead the PSW preparation activities and production volume ramp.
• 负责PSW准备活动和产量爬坡
• Track launch metrics and report the status to senior management on regular cadence within key stages of launch.
• 负责按要求在启动各阶段跟踪项目各项指标并向高级经理汇报其状态
• Attend ongoing launch meetings including EPMT’s, Gateways, Launch Reviews, Change Control, Open to Go, etc.
• 参与日常启动会议，包括EPMT、Gateways、启动评审、变更控制、开阀等
• Transition the facility from launch mode to production readiness.
• 负责工厂从项目启动模式向生产准备就绪的转变
