Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
Planning & Delivery
• Understand a product costing and management accounts
• Develop and deliver a 12 month customer account plan, which includes the following
• Identify and deliver new business opportunities
• Review customer specific data ie U.S.D., store distribution, waste, etc..
• Employ category management principals to devise product range, positioning and development and can explore new initiatives
• Develops commercial gain through the use of customer KPI’s
• Own & deliver the sales forecast for the relevant customer in line with the overall business strategy
• Carry out promotional analysis and suggest new promotional ideas
• Write a volume and profit improvement plan (sales and margin)
• Plan negotiations, to include other gives/takes than just price and negotiate
Communication, Influence & Relationships
• Ensure that all relevant staff are aware of customer issues, requirements and needs and is able to motivate them to act.
• Become the first point of contact for the customer at buyer level
• Develop strong relationships with NPD/Marketing and QA (broader category team)
• Use relationships to influence the buying teams decisions to the benefit of supplier
• Is trusted and often exceeds against customer requirements, but ensures this is still in line with supplier business strategy.
• Hold regular review meetings with the customer recommending improvements to ways of working
Appropriate people skills
• Appraise against agreed accountabilities and company values
• Develop and agree an annual PDP
• Manage direct reports to have 5 live objectives for the year
• Coaches and develop direct reports and reviews progress with HOC
Qualifications 任职资格
Education 教育与专业 Degree level, almost certainly gained in another country; Taiwan, USA, Australia, Europe
Prof.Knowledge 专业知识 Negotiation Skills, Understand a product costing and management accounts Category Management principles
Experience 工作经验
1.Delivering a focused customer plan hitting planned growth & margin in a well structured environment within a high calibre team.
2.They have done this exposed to good practices of NPD, Marketing & Commercial.
3.Furthermore, they have experienced a business that has benefited from clear direction and leadership.
4.Having said this, they will be able demonstrate that they have been able to think for themselves and influence a change of direction.
