PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. With support of Company global HR and Amsted China Corporate HR, work with the management team to develop and implement the people strategy, process, and programs for Company China
2. Be part of Amsted China HR team to develop Amsted China country level people management program and initiatives, which are implemented in Company China businesses.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management or other related disciplines in the industry. Some management experience at the corporate is a plus.
2. Over 10 years’ HR relevant experience in multinational companies, at latest 5 years and above management experience
3. The experience with the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
