1). FUNCTION：
1、Lead EHS team to implementing EHS related legal requirements, corporate standards and site policies and procedures in sites to make sure the EH&S compliance;
2、Monitor all changes to EHS legislation and other EHS requirements to ensure that they are communicated to site management and implemented where appropriate;
3、Conduct risk assessment to identify risks and develop and implement corrective actions to improve safety performance and prevent safety related incidents;
? Implement EHS management system to keep driving EHS continues improvement.
4、 Provide support and advices as required for site managers, operation managers, supervisors to improve site EHS performance;
5、 Lead EHS professionals to carry out EHS activities and programs to support operations;
6、Implement and coordinate EHS related internal/external standards/audits to make sure the EHS compliance.
7、Supervise operation EHS, carry out EHS inspections, internal audits and follow up the corrective actions.

2). Knowledge/Experience
1、Degree of EH&S related major or engineering major
2、Familiar with national and local laws and regulations
3、 Over 8 years working experience and 5 years working experience on EHS, at least 2 years working experience on EHS leader role.
4、 Good experience of system work (ISO14001, ISO18000 and other EHS management system)
5、Strong communication and interpersonal skill and positive thinking
6、Good English in written and reading, basic oral English communication skill is required.
7、 Good computer skill _ Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoin
