BASIC FUNCTION
1.Ensure the successful performance of the organization through the use of strong quality processes.
2.Provide support in the production areas of the proper use of quality standards.
3. Use training and utilization of proper quality tools in the areas of problem solving, lean principles, six-sigma, process capability, product testing and KPI development for optimizing process efficiency.
4.Ensure that production employees and production process in the organization understands and uses quality tools correctly and with ease.
5.Ensure the Laboratory system running well, and all test equipment, test WI and technical be ready and qualified.

Skills/Qualifications:
 Working knowledge in the automotive manufacturing areas
 Excellent organization and problem solving skills are essential for this role
 Very good knowledge of English,
 QMS-Tools und -Techniques: APQP, FMEA, SPC,MSA, DOE, QFD, PPAP; 8D or similar,
 Knowledge of ISO/TS and VDA Quality standards,
 Knowledge of QM System tools and process approach
 Knowledge of Lean tools and standards is a requirement,
 Six Sigma knowledge is preferred,
 MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
 Ability to read a technical drawings
 Excellent communication skills
 Excellent work organization and problem solving skills
