工作职责：
1. Daily BAAN system maintenance, technical troubleshooting, monitoring;
日常BAAN系统维护、技术问题处理和监控。
2. BAAN production model implementation, testing, supporting and user training.
BAAN生产模块执行、测试、支持和提供培训。
3. Work with key user to improve business process.
与主要用户一起完善业务流程。
4. Evaluate and analyze business requirements to deliver corresponding system solution.
评估和分析业务需求，提供相应的系统解决方案。
5. Conduct documentation for BAAN operation manual and business process.
制定BAAN操作和业务流程手册。
6. Report development base on business requirements;
根据业务要求报告基础进展。
7. Be involved as key project team member for system implementation.
作为重要的项目团队人员参与系统执行。
8. Help and work on the standardization process and operation in system.
帮助并协同业务流程及系统操作的标准化进程。
9. Perform other tasks assigned by GM.
总经理安排的其它工作。

任职资格：
Education Degree学历程度: 大专以上
Major专业要求: Computer Sciences or Information Systems disciplines.计算机或信息技术
Working Experience工作经验:
+3 years ERP on hands supporting, implementation experience in manufacturing industry;3年以上生产性企业的ERP支持和实施经验
Skills and Capability技能与能力：
Proficient at both ERP system knowledge and business process in manufacturing, logistics;熟悉ERP系统和生产、物流业务流程
BAAN experience will be big plus; BAAN经验优先
Strong problem analysis/solving skill;很强的分析解决问题能力
Language skills语言要求: Fluent English verbal and written skill;英文书面和口头表达能力优秀
Computer skills电脑要求: Good command in using Micro-software.熟练使用微软办公软件
Other Requirement其他要求: Good communication skill;良好的沟通技巧
Basic project management ability;基本的项目管理能力
Customer focused and oriented sense;客户导向性思维
