负责工厂质量部的质量评审，内外部体系及过程审核，牵头质量相关的投产工作以及计量校验。

Job Responsibilities

工作职责

1.负责工厂整车产品的质量客户评审。

Responsible for plant products quality audit from either customer or engineer position.

2.负责组织工厂的内外部审核已经工厂内的过程审核并进行有效的跟踪管理。

Responsible for out and inside audit including plant process audit and manage the result

3.负责牵头组织新车型相关的质量投产活动，管理质量相关的投产指标。

Responsible for leading new model relative quality launch activity and manage the quality hold point..

4.负责组织对工厂所有的检具量具及扭矩扳手的需要定期计量的工具设备进行计量。

Responsible for all the measurement tool and torque wrenchs’ measurement on time so that make them conform to both plant rule and regulation.

Job Qualification

任职资格

Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience *

职位必须的技能、知识以及相关的工作经验

大学本科及以上学历；

University degree or equivalent (Master or Bachelor);

良好的英文表达能力（书面及口语）；

Fluent in English, spoken/written;

至少6年整车工厂质量相关工作经验；

Minimum 6 years experience related to plant quality

良好的沟通、协商、分析和解决问题的能力；创造性思维；

High communication 、negotiation、analytical and problem solving skills；Creative and innovative thinking;

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Relevant Work Experience
