工作职责及要求：

 1.Ensure that COMPANY operations are in compliance with all aspects of COMPANY’s Environment, Health and Safety requirements to ensure a safe and environmentally sound workplace and prevent accidents and injuries.
2.Support customers through production and delivery of products that satisfy the customer quality and delivery expectations.
3.Utilize Six-Sigma, statistical processes to design and drive world-class productivity at COMPANY. Lean, Six Sigma concepts, 5S and good housekeeping practices to ensure efficient flow and Zero Waste.
4.Support Research and Development efforts for future COMPANY products and manufacturing processes.
5.Champion cost control and ensure that COMPANY operations spending is within budget.
6.Acquire, retain and develop human resources required to optimize the effectiveness of COMPANY operations.
