负责工厂生产体系的编制、审核和实施。
Responsible for the preparation, evaluation and implementation of the plant production system.

Job Responsibilities 
工作职责*
1.精益生产体系的推广，和新体系的强化；
The promotion of lean production system, and the strengthening of the new system；
2.组织对生产管理体系的审核，维护体系正常有效运转;
Organization of audit of production management system, maintenance the system and keep it effective running;
3.对审核结果进行总结分析，并向管理者代表和管理层报告审核结果;
The analysis of audit results and report the final results to management representative and top managements;
4. 熟悉TPS、GMS等国内外一流汽车整车行业的生产运营管理体系;
Be familiar with TPS, GMS and other first-class vehicle industry production and operation management system domestic and international;
5.组织相关部门对所负责过程的程序文件编写并审核其内容;
Organize related departments to compile and review their responsible process procedures files;
6.审核对生产体系文件（生产手册和程序文件）的修改；
Review the modifications of production management system documents (production manual and procedures files)；
7.对审核中发现的不合格项，追踪验证纠正预防措施。
Tracking and verification of actions both corrective and precautions for unqualified item which find out during audits.

Job Qualification
任职资格
Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience *
职位必须的技能、知识以及相关的工作经验*
 大学本科及以上学历，熟悉汽车行业生产体系管理方面的知识，特别是有关的行业标准，有丰富的精益生产推广经验的和成功案例；
Bachelor degree or above, familiar with knowledge of the automotive industry production management system, especially the industry standards，have rich experiences in promotion of lean production system and success cases;
 良好的英文表达能力（书面及口语）；
Fluent in English, spoken and written;
 至少4年整车工厂、8年精益生产体系推广工作经验；
Minimum 4 years experiences of vehicle factory, 8 years experiences of lean production system promotion.
 良好的沟通、协商、分析和解决问题的能力；创造性思维。
High communication 、negotiation、analytical and problem solving skills；Creative and innovative thinking.
