岗位职责：
1、Deploy the Supplier Performance Process activities consistently for the introduction of all new/revised/resourced purchased parts, based on risk evaluation.
2、Participate in Levels 0&A, conduct Levels B&C of risk assessment as per SPDP; plan & coordinate Advanced Quality Part Readiness activities to meet key program dates, based on assessments results; update timely the Part Readiness Tracker in place.
3、Participate in Key Stakeholder’s Meetings for High Risk parts and lead robust Technical Reviews for all new part/potential new suppliers prior Source Selection, ensuring the supplier understands & adheres to the Quality, Capacity & Timing requirements.
4、Coordinate & conduct, as required, supplier assessments to Delphi’s standards with potential suppliers (within 4-weeks timing); establish a containment plan to protect Delphi’s plant; check scorecard values accuracy; provide quality feed-back to buyers. Lead supplier audit and follow up corrective actions.
5、Review/approve documentation for all Sourcing Recommendations, PPAP & R@R
6、Involve others functions (SQE, Engineering, Buyer) as appropriate in APQP Activities.
7、Manage technical review between suppliers and Europe technical center
8、Ensure Suppliers meet  Quality System Requirements including the use of  PFMEA Guidelines, Comprehensive Control Plans and a First Time Quality process that includes alarm limits, reaction plans and an improvement process; provide APQP Assistance during Prototype Development Process on Strategic High Risk components; coach Supplier project teams on Problem Solving techniques.
9、Ensure supplier processes are capable of achieving required quality & capacity levels.
10、Lead Diesel components localization projects in China; Follow company SPDP process to develop local suppliers; manage the localization projects and make sure project flawless launch (meet project timing, business case, PPAP on time, Run & Rate on time etc.)
11、Coordinate the communication between supplier and Company cross function team
12、Assist other AQEs, SQEs, across PBUs/divisions/regions if workload/priority required it.
13、Develop skills/expertise in specific job and/or general business matters; conduct training to suppliers or others on specific supplier quality or supply management subject.
14、Conduct all activities in compliance with Delphi Policies & Procedures in place.
15、Suggest & implement continuous improvement ideas.
任职资格：
1、Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or the relevant (P)
2、5 years above working experience with Quality /Manufacturing background in world wide company (P)
3、Expert in supplier management skill (PPAP, PFMEA, APQP etc.) and problem solving process (5 Why, root cause analysis etc.)
4、Fluent English language (R), other language(s) skills (P).
5、Good leadership, communication & teaching skills (R).
6、Willing to travel and work under pressure(R)
