工作职责：

1. Calibrate engine management systems on engines and vehicles to meet emissions, driveability, and performance goals;
2. Developmental tests on engines and vehicles to gather data as required;
3. Trouble shoot engine management system related problems as required;
4. Write technical reports and presentations to communicate data, test results, and project status for internal and external purposes;
5. Some amount of traveling is required – may require extended traveling during seasonal development test trips.
6. Training period in Europe mandatory
职责要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering with courses on internal combustion engines; Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Ideally has experience on common rail, or diesel calibration.
3. 2~4 years test or research experience on automotive engines (gasoline or diesel) is highly preferred;
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to use computer based tools such as Excel, Matlab, etc.. to solve engineering problems;
5. Ability to read, write and speak in English fluently.
6. Healthy, mature, patient, job-motivation, job-stability, willing to learn, quick to learn, able to grasp new concepts, flexible, team player, able to work under pressure
7. Driver’s license.
