工作职责：

1. Provide production support engineer to perform their production in UAP;
2. Provide support for the standard work methods/on site organization;
3. Provide support for training and validating operators and setters;
4. Improve quality and productivity in the line as well as reduce costs and minimize risk;
5. Coordinate with launch team to introduce new project.
职责要求：
1. University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalents;
2. At least 5 years working experience, with 3 years in manufacturing engineering under lean environment;
3. Knowledge of grinding process and machine especially surface grinding, internal and external grinding;
4. Technical knowledge:
5. Reading and interpreting engineering drawing;
6. General knowledge of technical measurement, tolerance, machines parts; materials study, quality tools and gauges for
dimensional control devices;
7. Honing small hole experience is expected;
8. Machining problem solving, familiar with Funuc CNC program, tool and fixture designing;
9. Develop working station instructions and provide on-job training to operators to ensure multiple skill operators/setters;
10. Proactive, good team spirit and communicative skills to carry out cross-department project ;
11. Be familiar with TS16949 (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA);
12. PC skills: MS Office, AUTOCAD;
13. English language speaker for a technical dialog;
14. General knowledge about the functioning of GDi pump is a plus;
15. Travel abroad is required.
