Be responsible for overall performance and long-term growth of supply chain solutions. Provide both tactical and strategic leadership and vision for the entire supply chain.Direct and co-ordinate strategic supply activities, policies and programs for the successful of supply chain activities and customer service objectives. Responsible for the contract management and quality compliance in all points of supply chain, in compliance with the principles of current Chinese Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) for sterile medical devices as well ISO 13485 standard in its current version

Major Duties and Performance Standards to be achieved主要职责及绩效标准:
Direct Material Purchasing: 原材料采购
•Fulfill supplier sourcing and development for raw material and product to support new product and product transfer.
支持新产品开发及产品转移项目，开发选择直接材料供应商及供应商提高。
•Liaise with global direct material procurement team , R&D and technical team to check the customer needs and set up project target.
与全球直接材料采购沟通及技术部门配合，明确客户需求，配合设定项目预算及其采购目标，确立采购策略。
•Arrange RFQ and negotiation with suppliers to review price and define cost saving opportunities for raw materials.
领导与供应商询价及谈判，确定原材料采购费用节省机会，实施原材料采购向低成本优质的本地供应商转移。
•Build/Maintain good relationship with key suppliers and support them to development..
建立维护核心供应商关系， 改善提高供应商在质量、服务及精益生产方面的能力。
•Manage daily work with team for direct order placement, delivery and coordinate quality issue with suppliers. Timely review key suppliers performance and check action plans with suppliers.
管理日常直接材料，统计管理订单执行、及时到货和原材料质量， 提高材料库存水平。按流程对供应商评估及对问题追踪解决。
•Review and analyze purchase price variance (PPV) against the standard cost and actual purchase price.
回顾及分析原材料标准成本与实际采购价差。追踪主要原材料市场发展，调整采购策略。
Logistics including planning function: 物流包括物料计划
•Responsible for all day to day management and budget of the logistics services
负责日常管理和物流服务的预算。
•Manage Cargo services (3rd Party Logistics supplier), setting measurable KPIs and regularly reporting against these.

•Ensure prompt payment of outstanding duty, freight, import and warehouse costs.

•Effective management of raw material and product stock levels.

•Develop and carry-out material planning process in China and ensure the seamless integration of China process into the corporate one.

•Monitor the materials planning to meet the requirements from customer and production.

•Develop order-taking and customer service procedures.

•Establish & maintain good customer service in connection with sales & marketing team.

•To make and update Master Production Schedule, Production & Materials planning and monitor the storage level of raw material, packaging component and finish good.

任职资格：
Deep experience in both purchasing and operations planning is required.
丰富的采购和生产计划经验
Demonstrated success in leading the creation and implementation of integrated systems and processes across a plant’s supply chain.

In depth knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes and current best practices.

Fine English in speaking and writing英语听说良好
