Major Job Responsibilities:
 Responsible for wave soldering and selective wave soldering TPM, to ensure the machine run smoothly.
 Responsible for wave soldering and selective wave soldering fixture development and TPM.
 Define and optimize the product design guideline for wave process.
 Improve the wave process topromote soldering performance, including cycle time and First Time Quality.
 Reduce the solder bar and flux usage for cost saving.
 New project support for wave process.
 Pegasus activity for wave, like the capacity promotion, selective soldering spare parts saving.

Key Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years similarposition in Automotive of foreign enterprise
 Familiar with SMT, Wave soldering and coatingprocess.
 Implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques including: Equipment Reliability Systems
 Familiar with ISO9000. ISO14000 and TS16949 system requirement and 6 SIGMA
 Good English on both spoken and written is plus
