岗位职责：
主要职责：
- Manage the preventive maintenance activities covering both utility and building related in BBPCN division by professional tools.
负责工厂的所有公共设施和厂房建筑类维修保养事宜
- Be responsible for utility installations including WFI, Air Conditioner, Air Compressor, Boil and Electricity system. Monitor and manage it.
负责监督和管理所有的公共设施包括纯水系统、空调、空压机、锅炉、供电等。
- Take over responsibility if unforeseen repair matters occur and troubleshooting is requested.
负责突发故障的维修
- Provide on annual basis the budget for the Department and also the investment budget.
提交工程部的年度预算以及投资预算
- Manage maintenance projects and partly investment projects in budget and in time schedule.
控制设备维护项目以及投资在预算范围内和并保证按时完成
- Initial lean management project for cost saving and reliability increase.
主动地通过精益管理以达成成本节约并增加可靠性
- Ensure that department strictly follow the SOPs ; update SOPs if necessary.
确保设备维护部门工作严格按照操作流程的要求，并及时更新操作流程
- Be responsible for monitoring special equipment, such as forklift, boiler, pressure vessel etc.
负责监督特种设备的运行，如叉车，锅炉，压力容器等
- Manage all needs to ensure as-build P&IDs, overview chart, isometrics, civil drawing a.s.o.
管理所有竣工图、总图，三维图，厂房设施图以符合相关要求
- Responsible for setting up new utilities, re-layout of facility as required.
负责管理新的公共设施的安装以及按要求重新规划公共设施
- Responsible for EHS in BBPCN division.
负责工厂的环境、健康、安全事宜。

任职资格：
- 6 years work experience in Engineering field
6年工程背景工作经验
- 3 years department management experience
3年部门管理经验
- Familiar with engineering and facility machines
精通工程及公共设施设备
- Preventive maintenance experience in pharmaceutical (or food) industry
医药行业（或食品行业）预防性维护经验
