Key Responsibility 职责范围
1. To maintain a sound internal control process in place from investment budget, expense control and accounting system for the entity
2. Supervise recording of financial data by subordinates & SSC and to ensure proper internal control and data integrity in place
3. Supervise and manage reporting of financial data according to IFRS as well as local GAAP
4. Prepare financial and costing analysis reports, and annual budgeting
5. Fully responsible for all tax issues raised by Tax Authority
6. Liaise with China offices, internal and external auditors for preparation of statutory accounts
7. To coach and develop the team to ensure the professional knowledge are in place and fully developed
Experience/Knowledge Required 经验/知识要求:
1 - A minimum of 8 years working experience in manufacturing companies. Previous experience with audit firm is preferred.
2 - A minimum of 3 years management experience of including staff supervision. And high ability to work with all levels of staff and cross-functional teams.
3 - Solid experienced in utilising the accounting system, SAP experience is preferred.
