• In charge of EHS operations for BBPCN, by closing working with production teams and technical service team.
负责山东工厂EHS的运行，与生产团队和技术服务团队保持紧密合作。
• Drive the EHS actions to evaluate and control the risks to achieve EHS management targets and keep on improving推动EHS行动，评估并控制潜在的风险以达到EHS管理目标，并持续改善。
• Support preventative maintenance for all utility system.
支持公共设施的预防性维护。

Major Duties and Performance Standards to be achieved主要职责及绩效标准:

• Regularly inspecting workplaces and reporting detected defects to the management team, suggesting measures and working towards their implementation.
定期检查工作场所，并向 管理层汇报检查到的缺陷，提出有效的改善措施及建议，并实施。
• Investigate and analyzing causes of occupational accidents (maintaining accident statistics), suggesting corrective measures and monitoring their implementation
调查分析职业事故，维护事故统计分析，提出整改措施并监督其实施。
• Organization of the inspection of all components subject to inspection (forklift trucks, electrician etc.).
对相关特种设备进行检查，比如叉车，电工等。
• Selection of specialist companies for the disposal of the different waste types (consider recycling of the waste type – volumes – costs). Professional waste separation and interim storage.
选择专业的废弃物处置公司进行不同废弃物处理（考虑可回收废弃物，数量，成本）。对废弃物分类及储存进行专业化管理。
• Designing workplaces, work flows, work environment and ergonomics (noise, light, heat etc.).
设计符合人体工程学的工作场所，流程及环境（噪音，光照，热等）。
• Maintain EHS information board including EHS concept, gules/guideline, behavior and notice.
维护EHS信息看板，包括EHS概念，规则/指导，行为及通知。
• Organize and conduct orientation EHS trainings, license training for special process which required by law or officials.
组织并执行EHS培训，以及法律法规所要求的特种工艺的专职培训。
• Organize the audit and correction actions from local government like firefighting agency, safety inspection bureau.
应对消防、安监等政府部门的检查并组织整改。
• Support preventative maintenance for all utility system.
支持公共设施的预防性维护。
• Other flexible task assigned by superior.
主管安排的其他任务。

Education Required教育背景要求:
• Diploma, engineering related.
大专学历，工程相关专业
• Good command in English
英语良好
Experience/Knowledge Required经验及知识要求:
• 1-3 years of experience with EHS or related
1-3年EHS相关工作经验
• Good MS Office and CAD skills
办公软件和绘图操作熟练
• Method analytic thinking
较强的分析能力
