Maintaining power system, control system of machine and equipment, automatic-control system, to ensure production line smoothly running. Breakdown service within the shortest time.
负责车间所有供电、设备电气及自动化系统的维护保养和维修,保证生产线正常运行, 当发生故障时,在最短的时间内修复设备。
Job Responsibilities
工作职责
Prepare the PM plan, operation, check and repair files according to the stamping equipment specifications, adjust SOP in time if needed.
按照设备说明书，编制维护保养计划，操作、点检、维修等SOP作业文件，并根据需要及时修改.
Responsible for the press line of operation, maintenance, technical difficult problem troubleshooting.
负责设备的正常运转，维护，疑难问题技术攻关.
Responsible for backup, modification, updated all equipment program.
负责设备程序的修改、备份更新工作.
Responsible for operator to provide guidance and checking, provide equipment technical support.
负责对设备操作人员的操作规范进行指导和检查，提供设备技术支持.
Analyze and summarize the root cause of equipment accidents, improve the electric performance and design for reconstruction.
负责分析与总结设备故障的根本原因,设备电气性能的改进及改造工程的电气设计工作。
Follow up the equipment installation & commissioning, feedback problems in time, collect equipment information and confirm the integrity of electric information and file up in time.
跟踪设备安装调试及时反馈问题点,收集设备资料,确认设备电气资料的完整并及时归档.
Check and confirm the spare parts of electric every month apply for equipment spare parts, control inventory.
每月对电气备品备件进行检查和确认,申购设备备件,控制备件库存.
Analyze and control energy consumption in the workshop.
车间能耗分析控制
Safe knowledge for ensure safe work.
保证在工作过程中不发生安全事故.

Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience *

Have strong hands-on ability and ability to analysis, troubleshooting.
具备较强的动手能力及分析、故障解决能力
Implementation experience in TPM .
具有TPM实施经验
Good professional ethics, responsibility, principled.
良好的职业道德，责任心强，原则性强
