1. Manufacturing – Using Six-Sigma statistical techniques for data analysis and problem solving, Implement and improve continuously production processes designed to deliver products that completely satisfy all the customer’s needs. Close coordination is required with Sales and Marketing to fully understand current and future customer needs.
2. R&D – Develop improvements in process efficiency through the management of process improvement and process development. Liaise with the company Central Process Engineering people in the USA to ensure best practice sharing and development plans.
3. Environment, Health and Safety – Contribute to a safe, healthy and environmentally sound workplace which promotes the continued well-being of employees, equipment, facility and community.
4. Financial Control – Develop, implement and control spending for both Capital and R&D Expense budgets to ensure expected plant efficiencies and financial returns.
5. Human Resources – Provide training and guidance to technicians and operators and other employees impacted by process change to ensure high quality personnel performance and development.
Quality – Identify and eliminate problems before and as they occur using the corporate values of Lean, Six Sigma, Fairness, Customer Concern and Rapid Response.

Principal Accountabilities: 主要职责
1. 生产和利润 指导生产运行工作以满足客户的期望和工厂成本目标，计划和开展提高利润的长短期活动；开展进行监管成本和进度的系统；建立切实可行的预算；支持新举措以改进方法和程序，优化人员配备，控制成本。
2. 质量和客户 促进的质量过程，适用用于日常生产运行，客户和供应商的原则；按照TS16949的要求启动流程和方法，并且确保遵守其标准。集中于提高客户产品质量和交货期满意度的方法。使用六西格玛系统理解结果、设计实践和解决问题。
3. 环境、健康和安全 通过支持EHS的目标和遵守基本原则要求，致力于建立安全的生产场所；促成在MIP过程基础上促进安全文化；培训P&M劳动力，提供EHS相关因素的常规沟通；遵守常用的当地、省市和国家的规章制度。
4.行政管理/领导 建立致力于实现组织目标的有效团队；权利下放使下属取得成功；分配任务并优先考虑团队的目标；为监督进展，实施有效的流程；建立信任并维护一个开放和积极的环境；了解有关的业务问题和支持变化。
5.具备知识，包括：5S , Lean, Six-Sigma and TPM。
