Function
1. 负责公司业务发展，联络并开发新项目；
To develop new projects in phase with the business unit objectives and strategy
2. 负责项目的推进与跟进；
To prepare and write the proposals to clients in accordance to the projects review decisions
3. 项目的总结与汇报。
To report on a regular basis on contacts and projects advancement

PositionRequirement

1.英语或法语。
Fluent in English or French.
2.10 年相关工作经验。
More than 10 years working experience in similar technical environment, preferably in the Shanghai area in
the Building Energy Services or Real estate market.
3.硕士学位
Master degree or equivalent.
4. 能源领域知识，如工业能源或建筑能源服务等；
Experience in the field of energy services business, either for Industrial activities or for Real Estate.
